i'm on a boat! well, was...
so after an annoying flight delay, one night in a wonk hotel, and several language barriers with the driver that dropped us off, my family and i are finally at the lemon tree resort in alleppey, kerala.
yesterday, as soon as we got here, we headed to the infamous HOUSE BOAT! and oh.em.gee. it was incredible. i can’t wait to upload pictures from this trip, but the ones that i took from this...

time for another quick update! so i’ve now been in india for 3 days and things are starting to fall into a routine. my day basically goes like this (now the the jetlag has finally subsided). wake up around 8am to sound of dozens of rickshaws, scooters, motorcylces, and cars honking their brains out. i then mosy on downstairs into the kitchen where my parents and relatives are enjoying a nice...
