it's going to be a good day.
today on my walk to work i stood a little taller, had a smile plastered on my face, and a swagger in my step.
it may seem silly, but this morning i had the best run since my injury. close to 6 miles on my own, without stopping, knee pain, or dizziness. that hasn’t happened since november.
the power a great run has over a person is undeniable (my roommate/running buddy would agree!) and...

couture week is upon us! quite possibly one of my favorite times of the year. the collections are always so visually interesting and beautifully made, even the ones that are…questionable in taste.
so far, armani prive has been my favorite. dior and chanel were both good but i expected more.
armani’s collection was modern and futuristic, literal, clean, and impeccably made. obviously...

so i’ve been contemplating getting another tattoo (i mean, they say it’s hard to stop at just one) and i’ve come up with two different ideas that really represent who i am: music and running.
i don’t really know what i would do to capture “music” in a symbol so i’m still working on that one. but as far as running goes, as common as it might be,...
